In life we mostly see things, always, through the filter of who we are; and it's funny how the darkest moments of our lives can bring about the best ones. When I was born, bizarre circumstances occurred. My mother told me I was born in La, where we lived at that time. Thus, I nearly grew up and then suddenly, you are cradling in arm of a wrong biological mother. Mine is a story of how one day, many years ago, without notice and without warning my parent were struck by lightning of baby swapping. My family was saddled with many unsurmountable problems, the greatest being poverty, and my mother, with her numerous births, was tipped to become the most vulnerable.

Hard work is an essential element in perfecting a strategy and without it nothing grows but weeds; for winners embrace hard work and love discipline of it; losers see it as a punishment and that is the big difference between success and failure. The truth is there are no secret to success. It is the results of determination, preparation, hard work and lessons from failures.
There were many children within my community who scavenged by going around to pick castoff items from rubbish bins. Many of these were seen as 'v agrants' and criminals and were utterly repulsive, making it difficult for people to hire them to work in their homes. I was one of the lucky few, because at age 12 I had begun hawking in the community, selling either bofrot (puff loaves) or kerosene. This was done mostly after school and on weekends. I worked so hard and soon attracted the attention of some tenants in our own house who would ask me.

Personal wealth is the direct results of doing the right thing and your ability to serve other human beings satisfactorily. Your authentic identity and success requires other people. You must know your money and the ability to measure and count because what you think about, dream about, you bring about. For instance, I agree with Henry Ford who says, "if money is your hope for independence you will never have it. The only real security that a man will have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience, and ability."
As I stated earlier, my greatest strength is my ability enjoy work, the joy of serving others and habit of savings; that is the only way to begin it, if you did not have a silver spoon in your mouth at birth. Imagine wanting to start a business but not having seed money, friend or relative out there to borrow you some money. I did not have either advantage from the onset of my business career; therefore, my only option was to work and save to raise my own capital. The single most powerful tool to begin with is your mind. You need to train your mind so well; and if your mind is trained well enough it can create wealth.
Working for others did not only helped me raise capital, it also enabled me acquire experiences and ideas which later facilitated immensely in building my own businesses. Now, I see many people going into businesses without first going through some form of training or be an apprentice under people with the know-how. That is rather risky, and I wonder why someone would try to do such a thing.
My boss had been very kind to me, and I felt I should reciprocate his kindness by having a one on-one discussion with him over my intentions to resign. Although, his children's behaviour was rather obnoxious, I thought I needed to maintain a healthy relationship with the man himself since he personally had not offended me in any way.
