Erziehung, Pädagogische Hochschule Ludwigsburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Wenn Kinder "im Sinne von Partizipation" in einem bestimmten Zeitraum selbst entscheiden dürfen, ob und wann sie rausgehen, sich bei der Erzieherin nur noch ab- und wieder rückmelden müssen - ist das die Umsetzung von "Partizipation von Kindern" in Kindertagesstätten?! Ist es das was der 22. Paragraph des Sozialgesetzbuches mit "Förderung der Entwicklung des Kindes zu einer eigenverantwortlichen und gemeinschaftsfähigen Persönlichkeit" (SGB VIII § 22) meint? Weswegen ist Partizipation von Kindern damit verbunden? Alles nur wegen den Gesetzen - oder was lernen Kinder wenn sie "partizipiert" werden? Welche Vorstellung von Partizipation von Kindern steckt hinter diesem Umsetzungsbeispiel und wie steht aktuelle Fachliteratur dazu? Diese Fragen werden behandelt. Der Verständlichkeit wegen, werden hier die Begriffe "Partizipation", "Bildung" und "Wissen" im Zusammenhang mit diesem Thema erläutert. Das Wort "Partizipation" übersetze ich mit "Teilhabe", "Teilnahme" (lat.: "pars" Teil, "-cipere" nehmen, sich geben lassen"). Partizipation ist eine Bedingung von Demokratie und lebt von Verantwortungsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsübernahme (vgl. Prote 2007, S. 262). Rückschließend wird Partizipation von Kindern als Kern vom "Demokratie-lernen" gesehen (vgl. Prote 2007, S. 262). In dieser Arbeit verlangt sie "demokratische Beteiligung der Kinder" (Knauer 2011, S. 7), um "Demokratie zu lernen" (ebd., S. 7), mit dem Ziel eigenverantwortliches, gemeinschaftliches Denken und Handeln zu fördern. Partizipation von Kindern verlangt eine kontinuierliche Einbeziehung von Kindern in Entscheidungen bei denen sie, ihre Gruppe, ihr Kitaalltag oder ihr Umfeld betroffen sind. (vgl.
