About the Book

The Moulen-Reeves Paperless Research Paper Model has been instructed at major universities and used in schools throughout the east coast since its invention in 2007. Educators and co-authors Dawn L. Moulen and Keith David Reeves bring their experience co-teaching in English Language Arts classrooms to bear on helping students more effectively - and painlessly - research, edit, draft, and complete academic writing. The model uses the free and ubiquitous Google Drive platform to help students manage the research and writing process from start to finish.
About the Author: Dawn Moulen is a National Board Certified career educator in Prince William County who has also been an adjunct professor for Virginia Commonwealth University. She has taught all levels of high school Language Arts, been a Language Arts Lead Teacher, taught gifted education, and worked in several high school library media centers one of which is where she had her first collaboration experience with Keith. She continues to collaborate with teachers across the curriculum including teachers teaching the research writing process. She has presented at the Virginia Association of School Librarians as well as at several student leadership conferences. (moulendl@pwcs.edu) Keith David Reeves is the author of "Insurrection: A Teacher Revolution in Defense of Children." He has taught every grade level, K through 12, in underprivileged and affluent schools in both rural and urban settings, as well as educational methods at the university level. He was the first Google Apps for Education Certified Trainer in Virginia, and currently serves as the educational technology administrator at Yorktown High School in Arlington, Virginia. He is also Director At-Large and Secretary for the Virginia Society for Technology in Education. (www.kdreeves.com / reeveskd@gmail.com)
