Enciclopedia Treccani: ossimoro, figura retorica che consiste nell'unione sintattica di due termini contraddittori, in modo tale che si riferiscano a una medesima entità. L'effetto che si ottiene è quello di un paradosso apparente. Quindi "Pallide Lussurie" sarebbero un ossimoro.

Invece no, alla faccia della Treccani "Pallide Lussurie" è un libro di storie brevi e racconti lunghi, ironico/eretico/erotico raffinato, espone scene di sesso esplicito senza la minima traccia di volgarità. Un libro contromano, diverso rispetto al debordante mainstream, un libro rampante nel senso equestre perché non si lascia domare da nessuno, me compreso, infatti è andato dove gli pareva con improvvisi scarti e brusche impennate, io mi sono limitato a seguirlo nelle sue galoppate, sono stato semplicemente il suo fedele scriba.

Questo libro purosangue è anche un ribaldo che si è divertito a giocherellare con frequenti finte per disorientarmi, una faticaccia inseguirlo cercando di non rovesciarmi addosso il calamaio e non accecarmi con la penna d'oca.

Per esempio come può intitolarsi "Pallide Lussurie" quando invece tutti sappiamo che la lussuria è rossa perché rappresenta il rogo della passione, la libidine sfrenata, al punto che la chiesa cattolica l'ha marchiata a fuoco collocandola al terzo posto nella classifica dei sette vizi capitali?

Il libro mi ha fatto osservare che lui non è stato battezzato quindi ha il diritto di fare quello che gli pare. Mi ha spiegato che vuole intitolarsi così perché nei suoi ventitré racconti la lussuria rossa c'è, ma in quasi tutti i racconti riguarda solo uno/una delle parti, storie di amori finti, di amori contrattati, amori mollicci.

Ho cercato di convincerlo che la realtà è assai diversa, lui mi ha risposto che forse cambierà idea se qualcuno lo comprerà e si innamorerà di lui, però sarà un amore breve, starà per qualche tempo sul comodino in camera da letto, poi passerà alla clausura della libreria, infine quando diventerà un libro vecchio o finirà nella busta bianca della raccolta differenziata o per un colpo di fortuna sarà raccattato ed esposto sulla vetrina di Ebay e forse il gioco ricomincerà.

Un libro può commuoversi?
Certo che no, però il mio libro aveva le pagine tristi e ha mormorato, quasi quasi mi faccio cambiare titolo, non più "Pallide lussurie" ma "Lussurie nere," che ne dite?

Già intitolare un libro di racconti Pallide lussurie è un gesto dolcemente trasgressivo, sapientemente ironico e comunque tranchant... Geniale trasgressione, domestica e mentale, sensuale e insieme stilistica, per una raccolta di racconti (bravo Gianluigi Gasparri) che davvero - udite udite! - ricorda certi novellini o decameron dei secoli d'oro...

Ventitré fra storie brevi e racconti lunghi, uniti da una scrittura fortemente evocativa. Erotico raffinato, privo di volgarità, astemio di turpiloquio, ci sono scene di sesso esplicito conturbanti ma raffinate incontaminate da volgarità e da turpiloquio.
