Pada is a carefully thought out journal that provides an easy framework for personal transformation.
The name Pada, means 'step' in an ancient language. To us, it is symbolic of taking intentional steps towards living a more fulfilling life.
Our intention is that Pada will assist you find lasting contentment along your unique journey of life. Transformation happens when we do things regularly and over a longer period of time. To notice a marked difference, we suggest you work with this journal for a minimum of 2 months. The journal only takes about 15 min a day to complete.

Pada is structured into three sections
1. Planner: This is the heart of the practice. Start here. It is composed of daily and weekly worksheets.
2. Reminders: This includes a diverse set of lists that you can build and reference, such as affirmations, ideas, fears, etc. These work in conjunction with the daily and weekly worksheets to create a deeper transformation that grows with you. You can even create your own custom lists.
3. Discoveries: This section contains deeper dives into areas that impact our lives such as identifying life intentions, working with fears and more. It is a combination of knowledge and deep analysis to help us understand ourselves. When you have an hour or two, pick up a process and complete.
All proceeds from this journal go towards furthering the mission of Santosha Village, which is to co-design holistic modern communities accessible to all, especially the unhoused, people on disability, people earning minimum wage or those in a cycle of poverty. Santosha Village, a registered 501c3, hopes to do this by focusing on creating hyper affordable housing, providing access to healthy nutrition and wellness tools, making transportation affordable and providing life skills/livelihood opportunities.
