Magisterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2002 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Allgemein, Note: 1,8, Technische Universität Dresden (Allgemeine Erziehungswissenschaft), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der vorliegenden Magisterarbeit beschäftige ich mich mit dem Thema "Organisationskultur in Vereinen - am Beispiel des Skull Crusher Heavy Metal Vereins Dresden e.V.". Mein Anspruch an diese Arbeit ist, die wichtigsten Elemente der Organisationskultur des Skull Crusher Heavy Metal Vereins Dresden e.V., unter dem Aspekt seiner spezifischen Organisationsform, in einer explorativen Untersuchung möglichst genau herauszuarbeiten. Konkret stelle ich mir in meiner Arbeit die Frage, worin sich im wesentlichen die Organisationskultur des "Skull Crusher Heavy Metal Vereins Dresden e.V." ausdrückt, und zwar 1.) auf der Ebene der geteilten Grundüberzeugungen, 2.) der Normen und Standards sowie 3.) dem Symbolsystems des Vereins. In der Regel sind Jugendszenen und Jugendkulturen durch Formationen gekennzeichnet, die keine explizite Mitgliedschaft kennen, sondern hoch fragile Lebensstilgemeinschaften darstellen. Allein schon die Gründung eines Metal-Vereins ist daher ein interessantes Phänomen. Darüber hinaus wird im historischen Rekurs auf die Entstehungsbedingungen des Vereinswesens deutlich, dass ein struktureller Druck in Richtung Institutionalisierung feststellbar ist, da eine Szene als locker gefügtes Netzwerk nicht ausreicht, um bestimmte gemeinsame Ziele wie regelmäßige Konzertangebote bereitzustellen und andere Institutionen (z.B. Kommerzieller Art) in diesen Nischenszenen (im Vergleich zum breiten Mainstream) hier nicht auseichend präsent sind. Dem empirischen Teil meiner Arbeit stelle ich einen ausführlichen theoretischen Teil voran, in dem in der Fachliteratur sehr unterschiedlich akzentuierte Begriff wie etwa Organisation und Organisationskultur breit diskutiert werden, und speziell der Verein als Organisationsform - auch in historischer Sicht - im Hinblick auf Strukturmerkmale, Typen und
