Wer sagt, Qualität wäre schwer messbar und es wäre deswegen auch kritisch die Mitarbeiter als Ausgangspunkt für die Optimierung der Performanz zu sehen, der hat die Entwicklung des EFQM- Modells und des Six-Sigma Modells verpasst. Sie rücken die Qualität eines Unternehmens in den Mittelpunkt und beziehen die Mitarbeiter effizient mit ein. Doch welchen Beitrag kann an dieser Stelle die Personalentwicklung mit ihren entsprechenden Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Performanz liefern? Welche Rolle spielt dabei die Kommunikation?
