Are you considering starting your own small business? Or, have you already taken the plunge? If you answered yes to either question, The One Person Business: Everything You Need to Know and Do for Your Success is for you.
An essential guide to creating and running a single-person enterprise, author and small-business advisor Lee Simon distills his years of experience into practical methods that you can apply throughout your years as a small-business owner.
Beginning with a simple exercise to help you determine whether or not this is the path for you, and how to do a startup. Simon proves from the get-go that he has your best interest in mind-and he's not going to waste your time. The remainder of the book is organized into the five components of any business: marketing, sales, operations, administration, and finance.
The easy-to-navigate format allows this book to not only simplify the process of starting your business, but also remain essential as your go-to guide as you grow and possibly expand. Rather than bog you down with theory, The One Person Business is written as a series of straightforward steps and tips that will lead you straight toward running a successful small business.
Business is risky-but reading this book is a sure win.
