However, the only condition she stated was that he had to base his new book on the story she was about to tell him. The book is centered on the lives of six individuals working at Connexions Call Center, located in Gurgaon, Haryana. The narrator of this novel is Shyam Mehta, who is witness to the phone call and is one among the employees at the call centre.
