LITERARY REVIEW
In the intention to introduce us to the world of dreams, the author, carried away by love; and supported by the truth, packs her dreams in a suitcase and leaves for Istanbul. Within the mosaic of experiences, a whole web of events about new knowledge intertwines life, which grows into a possible real life, with all the historical and fateful ties. In the search for that realization, the city of Istanbul offers her a whole range of opportunities to dream away the dream of truth. Encountering the charms of the Oriental environment manages to weave a novelistic story of permeation of historically intertwined and bygone times. In their reminiscences, and in the face of the wondrous edifices of the time before and Suleiman the Magnificent, it is impossible not to avoid Hagia Sophia, which connects with our city and Emperor Constantine, born in Nis, the founder of the Hagia Sophia in the then-Christian Constantinople.
In collision with that truth to which the author aspires, the story of human destinies and the time that flows is pointed out and brings new social realities, new trades, new encounters, and fates, according to the law that governs time...
Perhaps it is not enough to say that Lena, in her dreams, but striking and convincing, like Scheherazade, realized her dream and offered a story to be read by those who need love.

Lena Jo stepped into the world of literature with the travel novel One Hour. Shortly after the book, the writer also publishes the Second Hour (i.e. the second part of the novel) at the request of readers. If the day is known by One hour: there will be many more hours, days, months, and years in literature to the work of Lena Jo.

One of the most significant levels of the book is the presentation of Istanbul from the point of view of the foreigner Mila, from Nis, who discovers the beauties of this city, taking readers through the Ottoman and Turkish history: Galata Bridge, Hagia Sophia, Egyptian Bazaar, Laleli Mosque, Sehzade Mosque, Valence Aqueduct, Dolmabahce Palace. Mila is a foreigner with whom every tourist identifies, especially every reader of this book, especially in those lines where the first meeting with Istanbul is looming: "Dressing up for something very amusing first going out in the metropolis was a dare for her. Being weighed down, maximally sexy, and most beautiful at that moment was imperative for her. She wanted to conquer that city and look at it in a warm-hearted, seductive way. The way a man looks at the woman he wants next to him. Frankly, she thought of a man for whom she was getting ready and wanted to seduce: all the time thinking about how to dress and put on makeup."

PRAISE FOR BOOKS
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ " I read the book in one breath, one of the better books lately " - Jelena
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ " An incredible combination of souls, history, customs, and culture of one city. Love, joy, and sorrow are woven through the story. So skillfully that I did not notice any smiles or tears on my face. Until the end of the book. I managed to find a part of myself and remember that there are hours and not just days and one part of a lost soul. Thanks for the great experience, and I promise to find my white suitcase and hurry slowly
