About the Author:

Steven D'Souza es director de programas para Europa occidental y los países del Consejo de Cooperación para los Estados árabes del Golfo, para la alianza de enseñanza corporativa creada entre el Financial Times y la IE Business School en Londres. Es educador internacional de directivos, coach de directivos, conferenciante y escritor y ha trabajado como punto de contacto entre las principales escuelas de negocios y las empresas para diseñar proyectos educativos de transformación dirigidos a altos ejecutivos.

Steven ha formado parte del equipo de profesores invitados al programa de liderazgo adaptativo de la Harvard Kennedy School y forma parte de la Red Global de Educadores de Duke CE (que ha ocupado el primer puesto del ranking mundial de educación personalizada para directivos elaborado por el Financial Times en los últimos trece años).
