Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich Medien / Kommunikation - Theorien, Modelle, Begriffe, Note: 2, Vitalakademie, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Fokus dieser Diplomarbeit liegt auf der nonverbalen Übermittlung einer Nachricht. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, darzustellen, wie stark nonverbale Signale die Kommunikation beeinflussen. Es wird auf die theoretischen Grundlagen der menschlichen Kommunikation und auf die Kommunikationsmodelle/-theorien eingegangen. Danach wird speziell die nonverbale Kommunikation näher erläutert und beschrieben, warum wir eigentlich nonverbale Signale benötigen. Ebenso wird auf die Mittel der nonverbalen Kommunikation, bewusste und unbewusste Signale eingegangen und erklärt, wie nonverbale Signale die Übermittlung von Botschaften beeinflussen. In Kapitel 2.3. wird auf die berühmte 55-38-7-Regel eingegangen, die die Wichtigkeit der nonverbalen Kommunikation widerspiegelt. Außerdem geht dieses Kapitel auf die Reaktion auf eine nonverbale Botschaft näher ein und zeigt, wie stark nonverbale Signale Wirkung auf unser Umfeld haben. Schließlich wird im Kapitel 3 die Diplomarbeit mit einem Resümee und meiner eigenen Meinung abgeschlossen. Der Sprache ist in den letzten Jahren viel zu viel Bedeutung beigemessen worden, obwohl es genügend Dinge im Leben gibt, die sich nicht adäquat mit Worten ausdrücken lassen. Die Sprache wird in den Vordergrund der menschlichen Kommunikation gestellt, doch oft genug erkennen wir auch ohne Sprache, wie sich unser Gegenüber fühlt. Feine nuancierte nonverbale Signale, eine hochgezogene Augenbraue oder ein strafender Blick vermitteln bestimmte Botschaften. Egal ob die Signale bewusst oder unbewusst gesendet werden, sie werden blitzschnell verstanden. Nonverbale Kommunikation ist ein zentraler Aspekt der menschlichen Interaktion, man erkennt durch sie, wie sich unser Gegenüber fühlt, was er denkt oder verschweigt.
