Educación integral acompañada de acción pedagógica para que sea capaz de comprender, intercambiar, fortalecer su intercambio de saberes, experiencia y sentimientos con los demás niños. El profesor debe ser capaz en ver y comprender al niño débil visual o ciego como un ser compuesto por aspectos físicos, espiritual, cognitivo, social, afectivo y creativo como resultado de sus origines familiares y contexto. Ese es el fundamento de un buen profesor con valores humanos, cualidades y virtudes en su práctica educativa. Ética y la moral, la actitud y la vocación, para desarrollar su labor cotidiana. Ser un buen profesor significa comprender a todos los niños en lo individual con sus propias características, necesidades e intereses. Dedicado a los Profesores, familiares, sociedad en su conjunto con la finalidad en que sirva de capacitación en las múltiples particularidades del niño con limitación visual y el niño ciego en su proceso de integración, formación. Esto implica comprensión, importancia en la capacitación viéndola como un todo, en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje a través de estrategias que vinculen todas las capacidades del niño, sus habilidades y destrezas de todos los actores educativos, sociales con el fin de integrarlo.
