It Snows at an Existence Edge. Poems, Reflections, and Other Self-Denials This book is in Romanian. It is a sizable collection of poems written by one of the most important poets of the Republic of Moldova, Victor Teleucă.

Cartea - Ninge la o margine de existenţă. Poezii, reflecţii şi alte deziceri de sine - nu este o carte propriu-zisă, o culegere oarecare de poeme situate în mod tradiţional una după alta la voia întâmplării, ci un adevărat "Divan al gâlcevei," al "certurilor" Eului cu Sinele. Totul se înşiruie după principiul organic al fluxului continuu, al ieşirii infinite a unuia din altul, asemenea cutiilor chinezeşti, al dicteului automat care beneficiază de confesiunea ardentă venită din conştient, din cotidianul nemijlocit, din inconştientul blagian: "Oricum, e-o unică plăcere, / plăcerea de-a trăi o revenire, o-naltă satisfacţie me- / reu, o revenire-a Eului spre Eu, un stol purtat de semnul unui zeu prin gol mereu, / mereu, mereu - cocori devremi, cocori târ- / zii pe care dusul îi domină să ceară faptului durerea de-a şti neisprăvirea unui / drum de-acum, de-acum / necunoscut de cunoscut / făcut acum, acum de-acum, o regăsire-vamă, / o scamă de seninuri care-i cheamă şi-i / poartă-ambiţia şi intuiţia / spre Marea Poartă a unui greu de explicat / instantaneu când trece Styxul şi revine din Cercul Plus în Cercul Minus..."

[...] E un emoţionant Dialog al Poetului cu Poetul însuşi, cu Poezia pe care "o demiurgeşte," după cum spune undeva, şi în această autodemiurgire constă farmecul "cântecului de lebădă" al lui Victor Teleucă. E şi un Dialog cu Poeţii: cu Eminescu, atunci când e vorba de înfruntare a eternului cu eternitatea, cu Nichita Stănescu, când e vorba de "spontaneitatea semilogică" de sensurile parasimpatice," cu Bacovia, când e vorba de atmosfera "hibernală, cu Ion Minulescu, atunci când e vorba de un eu care nu este eu, cu Arghezi, atunci când dialoghează cu Dumnezeu: "redă-mi iubirea, Doamne, mai vreau să mă apropii / de tot ce nu-i al nostru cu ochii mei improprii / ce-şi regăsesc delirul halucinant şi-adult / ca pe-o relicvă-a vieţii şi-a morţilor demult / ce se-ndoiesc de tine / şi de-ndoiala lor, / redă-mi iubirea, Doamne, durerile ce-o dor // ca într-un forum tandru de strigăt şi scântei / să-mi prind nemărginire şi onomatopei / cât mai conţine sensul nonsensului abrupt, // să mă cobor prin tine / în ce e dedesubt / şi ca Arghezi-odată, gonit dintr-o poveste, / să ştiu că n-a fost umbră şi să urlu: Este!"

În meditaţiile existenţiale ale lui Victor Teleucă sunt atraşi, ca puncte de reper, Platon şi Aristotel, Noica şi Hegel, Derrida, Arhimede şi Buddha, Proust şi Heraclit, Eminescu şi Blaga. Text, intertext, hipotext, construcţie şi deconstrucţie, discurs baroc, arborescent, manierist şi notaţie lirică sau prozastică nepretenţioasă, "gândire" şi "răzgândire" (a)logică sau semilogică, gânduri în "stare curată" sau sofisticate, filosofante aranjate pe registre flotante ale meditaţiei - iată farmecul poemelor "transfinite" ale lui Victor Teleucă ce se înscrie cu tot harul său "dialectic," lirosofic prin excelenţă în contextul mitopo(i)eticii moderne şi postmoderne.

About the Author:

Victor Teleucă (n. 19 ianuarie 1933 Cepeleuţi - d. 2002 Chişinău, Republica Moldova) a fost poet, eseist, traducător şi publicist. Laureat al Premiului de Stat (1980), Maestru emerit in Arte (1983), cavaler al Ordinului Republicii (1998).
