In this powerful and inspirational book, Jeff chronicles his typical days as a caregiver while sharing his inner most thoughts and feelings with us. About the Author: The author was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. where he played sports in the street while dodging moving vehicles. He traveled with his first wife to the Blue Ridge of North Carolina and remained in the mountains upon her return north. The author met his second wife Debbie while on Grateful Dead tour and they were married in 1996. The author still lives with Debbie despite her being a brain cancer patient for the last ten years. He enjoys most music, walks through the outdoors, baseball, the pristine quiet of a snowy day in the mountains and a cold beer on sultry summer evenings.
