About the Book

"Nighty Night Sailboat in the Bahamas" is a book that tells children and adults places to visit in the Bahamas. It tells of a child who lives on a sailboat with her parents. Juni travels to Bahamas islands and learns about Customs, nautical terms, and what to do in the islands. It has a dedication page that allows you to write your child's name in the book. Children 8 and under, boy and girls will love this educational and heart-warming story. It is a great way to put your favorite child or grandchild to bed.I'm a passionate sailor who has a vision to inspire children to understand basic nautical terms.
About the Author: Susan Renne' Fletcher Siewers is a sailor, who captains her sailboat out to sea as often as the weather is willing. She lives on the water and cruises dock-to-dock with her husband, Jon, a retired US Navy Captain. Renne's years of experience in sailing and owning her own sailboats give her the expertise to write Nighty Night Sailboat children's books. It is her way to educate children everyone about the passion of sailing and the adventure of living on a sailboat. Renne' has worked in the aerospace industry for 20 years as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer for Flight Software and Hardware Internal Assessor in quality management systems for the now retired Space Shuttles. Working in aerospace and writing have been her lifelong dreams. Her motto, "Keep Aerospace Alive" is a daily reminder for America to keep competitive in the race to space. She has achieved special recognitions for her expertise in the software and hardware environment.
