She is also president of The Acta Group, the firm's scientific and regulatory consulting arm, with offices in the United States, United Kingdom, and China, and president of B&C Consortia Management, L.L.C., which helps the chemical industry achieve shared research, testing, regulatory, and access goals. Charles M. Auer is senior regulatory and policy advisor with Bergeson & Campbell, P.C., in Washington D.C. He has over 32 years of experience with the EPA, most recently as the Director of the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT), responsible for implementation of TSCA.
