THE NEW FUSION ELECTIONS SYSTEM HOW IT WORKS Voters elect their representatives, as senators, governors, city mayors and all the government officials elected by the citizens vote, who will represent the people in the presidential election. It is a simple solution to dismissing the political party's discrepancy and have a more transparent and an efficient election.1. To become a candidate, the aspirant must fill an application with the Electoral Tribunal System, composed by 13 members of qualified citizens or professionals with a university degree, to perform an investigation of the candidates, for any unclear past. Its purposes are act as a filter, to keep away the corrupt aspirants out the race, and to have transparency in the elections.2. There will be only seven (7) candidates to the presidency, with a University degree in Economy, Business Administration, Engineering, Architect, and others administrative professions.3. A degree in law, military, police of any king will not be allowed to participate in the Fusion Election System. Never-the-less they may run for any other public servant candidatures or get a University degree in the professions mentioned above to become accepted as Presidential Candidate, the reasons are because we need administrators no litigators or warriors.4. The others public officials will participate as Candidates in the elections in groups of three per positions per states this number may be increased in none-numbers only up to (5) exp. (3) senator per state, (3) governors per state and so on, all in a group of (3) the candidate with more vote is the winner the rest are advisors5. In the Presidential election, the candidate with more votes is the elected President.6. The second with more votes, will be the Vice-President.7. In Fusion Elections they may participate as many times they desire without the participation of any political parties involved and is ban the campaigns with the typical insults, candidate that uses blasphemous insults will be disqualified and through out of the election contest. The rest become advisor, and they are permitted to participate in further election.
