The word textbook conjures up images of dusty volumes sitting in my office that are never touched. This is not that kind of textbook. It is marketed as the first fully electronic neurology text. Videos show patients describing symptoms in their own words. This is a wonderful idea to teach how symptoms, pathologies, and exam findings are correlated... Overall, this is an excellent reference and teaching tool. I hope Dr. Howard'Äôs vision is contagious and we will see many more publications like this in the near future.
