About the Book

This is a true story about a phenomenal event that will seem to be unbelievable to most. Time and technology will shed light upon the interpretations I offer, about the nature of the event. It is my goal to share information that might prevent others from the devastation My family encountered. I hope I was successful.
About the Author: Caldwell, Idaho, 1958, I was the first born son of Spud and Irma. The oldest of four, I was smart and mysteriously curious. My wit enabled me to get away with most of the escapades I attempted. School was easy for me. At least the learning part was. I seem to remember a kid who was smarter than almost everyone I knew and I didn't like to be around anyone who wasn't smart enough to appreciate that I was possibly a genius. I remember acting stupid so I would be accepted sometimes, but I really just wanted to set my sights on boring, intellectual, anti-social endeavors that I thought showed off my genius mind. I dropped out of school and didn't think I wanted anything that was out of my reach. I lived for the moment and did not expect anything from the future. I was ambitious enough to work for the money I threw away on drugs and alcohol. I rarely conducted myself as a law abiding citizen and brushes with the law were all too common. I married and had two daughters. I did the best I could to provide for them, but I didn't think that they might not be satisfied with a life like I had given them. Five years of being a father and husband was about all they would get from me, unless you want to take inventory of the harm I did. I pulled myself up, with my fathers help and a few years later I was able to take care of them when I was called upon to do so. I spent the next twenty years trying to hide my drug use and appear normal to people. My sins found me out eventually and I was not seeing anything that I wanted to be a part of unless it involved cocaine, alcohol, and deviate sexual behavior. My life was going to find a way to change my behavior one way or another and I didn't really care which way, as long as I got there. My sister took pity on me and bought me a ticket back to Washington. I would not be writing this today if she hadn't done so. We would disagree about nearly every subject we ever spoke of for the rest of our lives. I will be reminded next June that its my birthday and that it was fifteen years ago that I first heard someone whispering to me. Maybe someday I'll get a chance to look into the eyes of a whisper and possibly see the soul that I desperately hope resides there. I want to be able to say that I endorse RNMT, but I can't endorse something I don't fully understand. This will be the biggest challenge humans have ever faced and we are going to need all the help we can get to establish how to use it responsibly. LetThere Be Light
