About the Author: Jeff Julia is a subject matter expert, engineer, author and advisor focused on sharing his insider experience with professionals of all kinds to promote understanding, trust and business success. Previously, Jeff worked with Noesis Energy after moving to Austin, TX from Boston, MA in 2015. There, he collaborated with a wide range of energy efficiency providers and utility companies such as Digital Lumens, Service Logic, Thermal Mechanics and Pacific Gas & Electric to support their business development teams with financial modeling and presentation strategy as an energy project consultant.
