Le sens commun se rapporte à une structure et des éléments présents dès les stades précoces de l'évolution ontogénique et phylogénétique. Il correspond à un langage universel dont les items de base sont des figures monistes, à la fois physiques et mentales, que nous appelons "idéographes cénestopathiques". La notion d'idéographes, de figures, fait appel au morphologique, et le morphologique constitue un tiers terme entre le physique et le mental. Les géométries post euclidiennes, qui traitent des espaces des phases de très grandes dimensions, permettent de modéliser de la même manière l'espace physique (cerveau) et l'espace mental (appareil psychique).Le processus d'individuation se fait au travers de l'identification à autrui. La contagion mentale relève de l'échange des idéographes cénestopathiques, au moyen d'un langage archaïque pré-verbal de type binaire, dont les items sont les affects premiers de peine et de plaisir, lesquels ont à la fois une dimension physique et une dimension mentale. "Nos premières idées ne sont que peine et plaisir" (Condillac).Nous discutons de la notion d'appareil psychique groupal, des enveloppes corporelles et mentales, de la question de leur séparabilité topologique, en termes de géométrie différentielle, de variétés riemaniennes, et d'espaces des états de dimensions largement supérieures aux trois dimensions de l'espace euclidien.Chaque homme, au fur et à mesure de son idéveloppement, a introjecté dans ses enveloppes corporelles et mentales une partie des propriétés des animaux moins évolués que lui, et une partie des propriétés des autres hommes. Cela soulève la question de la manipulation mentale, et de la psychologie des masses, dont relèvent les troubles hystériques généralisés, culturellement déterminés.Nous étudions dans le premier tome le proto-langage cénestopathique, ontologiquement et phylogénétiquement primitif, lequel structure les activités mentales, les croyances, et les processus de contagion mentale.Le second tome comporte une étude des topiques neurales et mentales, des circuits de la vie de relation, selon une perspective computationniste et topologique.L'ensemble permet d'analyser scientifiquement le concept de troubles dissociatifs, de conduites suicidaires par dissociation mentale, en insistant sur les troubles dissociatifs culturellement déterminés.
