● The "Actualised Brand" Phase 3, is the part where the hard work is done. In this phase, you are working on discovering what you'll need, both physically and mentally, to reach your goal. This is the phase where you learn to design the right tools for your job search process, decode information to help you understand how to design those tools and shift the focus to get in the right mind-set.
