FAMILY STORIES
I can only say that we should treasure each moment of our lives. I am sitting here
remembering about my childhood. Wow, there are many pleasant memories. Some
are gone; however, they live very deep in my heart.
STORIES or TALES
Some of my stories will help my readers realize that life is too short.
Even though this is a recollection of my life and others in my family, it will help young
adults relate to their own family ties.
As you begin reading, you will notice that I began with the history of my island. It is not
only interesting, but important to know the origin of any individual...
Norma Iris Pagan Morales was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She
comes from a very lovable family. Her parents, Juan Jose Pagan
Rodriguez, and Digna Morales Figueroa, now deceased, always
helped her with her projects as a writer and teaching career.
Norma had three siblings, Adelin Milagros Pagan Morales, Juan
Jose Pagan Morales, and Julio Manuel Pagan Morales. Julio
Manuel Pagan Morales died on September 19, 1998, and My
dear sister Adelin Milagros Pagan Morales died on February
17, 2023.
Norma did all her academic studies in New York City, Puerto
Rico, and Canada. She worked in the City of New York Police
Department. As an Educator, she worked in New York City Bd. of Education as an English
Teacher, in Puerto Rico Bd. of Education as an English teacher and in the Puerto Rico
Army National.
She has teaching certifications for English as a Second Language and Teaching English
as a Foreign Language.
She had published thirteen books: Proud of My Puerto Rican Bequest, ¿Porque Soy
