"I am certain that you will benefit from Dr. Bill's expertise as he shares the knowledge he has gained teaching NFL players like me the best possible technique for catching a football."
Kyle Brady, 1st Round Draft Pick (9th), Starting TE Super Bowl XXVI, 13 Year veteran
If an NFL receiver drops a ball it's not because he can't catch it. He dropped it for a very specific reason. He either couldn't find it, didn't track it into his hands, did not take the ball with energy greater than the ball, or did not see the ball freeze in his hands.
Do you want to catch every football thrown to you?
This book reveals the secrets to mastering the perfect catch in 4 simple steps.
Whether you are a beginner, a starter on a high school or college team, an NFL prospect at the combine, or a pro looking to perfect your skills, we can show you how to master finding, tracking, catching, and securing a football. College offensive and defensive players who have mastered these 4 simple steps have been selected in the first three rounds of the NFL Draft and several have gone on to become Super Bowl starters.

About the AuthorsDr. Bill Thierfelder's vast experience and expertise in Human Movement and Motor Learning & Control have enabled him to develop a method for helping offensive and defensive players to master the skill of consistently catching a football with their hands.
He has helped many college football players prepare for and succeed at the NFL combine, including several who were selected in the first, second, and third rounds of the NFL Draft. In addition, he continued to work with a number of those players throughout their careers, some spanning more than ten years, with a few of them becoming Super Bowl starters.
Dr. Thierfelder is a licensed psychologist, a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength & Conditioning Association, and a past member of the United States Olympic Committee's Sport Psychology Registry. He is also a former Track & Field National Champion & Record Holder, two-time All-American from the University of Maryland, and an NCAA Division I Coach.
Dr. Thierfelder is an inductee of the Sports Faith International Hall of Fame and the author of Less Than A Minute To Go: The Secret to World-Class Performance in Sport, Business, and Everyday Life with the Foreword by Coach Mike Krzyzewski.
John Thierfelder is exceptional at catching a football with his hands. As a 6'1" 220lb. slot receiver, he has been described by the media as "Too big for corners, too fast for linebackers. A nightmare to defend."
In his first year on the University of North Carolina Charlotte's NCAA Division I FBS football team, he started on special teams against Clemson University which was then ranked #1 in the Country and eventual NCAA National Champions. John was recognized at UNC Charlotte for his hard work, dedication, power, and catching ability. Unfortunately, before the start of the following season, he sustained an ACL tear that ended his football career.
John Thierfelder knows how to catch with his hands at an extraordinarily high level and, perhaps most importantly, he knows how to teach others to do the same.
