Guttenberg wollte das Publikum nicht unterhalten, sondern immer aufwühlen, erschüttern und aus der Gleichgültigkeit des kommerziellen Konzertbetriebes herausreißen. So gelangen ihm, dem "Bekenntnismusiker", unverwechselbare Interpretationen großer Werke des klassisch-romantischen Repertoires - zusammen mit seinem Orchester der KlangVerwaltung und der Chorgemeinschaft Neubeuern, die er als dörfliche Liedertafel gegen den Willen seines Vaters übernommen hatte und zu Weltruhm führte. Guttenberg eckte an, auch als Umweltschützer. Das Porträt eines Widerständigen. Pressestimmen Georg Etscheit schildert (...) sehr detailreich, aber auch mit Kritik, Humor und Distanz das Leben Enoch zu Guttenbergs. About the Author: Georg Etscheit, Jahrgang 1962, studierte Journalismus, Politische Wissenschaft und Geschichte Osteuropas in München, Frankfurt am Main und Moskau. Er volontierte bei der Deutschen Presse-Agentur (dpa) und arbeitet für das Unternehmen als Redakteur und Korrespondent in Hamburg und Dresden, bevor er sich im Jahre 2000 in München selbständig machte. Seither beliefert er Redaktionen überregionaler Zeitungen und Zeitschriften sowie weiterhin die dpa mit Artikeln insbesondere zu kulturellen und ökologischen Themen. Seit fast zwei Jahrzehnten berichtet er für dpa exklusiv über die Salzburger Festspiele. 2016 brachte er zusammen mit anderen Autoren das Buch "Geopferte Landschaften" über die Schattenseiten der deutschen Energiewende (Heyne) heraus. Im Frühjahr 2020 erschien seine Biografie über den Dirigenten und Umweltschützer Enoch zu Guttenberg (Schott Music).
