About the Book

Lucifer Hill is not your typical New York detective, for a while he had tried to be a Priest, and before that he was imprisoned in Hell. Now in the NYPD he is called with his acerbic partner James Burke to investigate the death of a Priest whose body has just washed up on the East River. When signs point to kidnapping and starvation Burke and Hill suspect that something far worse is happening and when within a short time another Priest and a high profile Cardinal are brutally murdered their fears fast become a reality, and the ritualistic nature of the killings hints that this serial killer is only getting started.Unfortunately one of the victims happened to grow up with the head of the Manhattan mob and the Capo di Capo does not take kindly to the murder of his long-time friend and confidante. He hires an assassin known only to the NYPD as Angel, a lady who brings troubles of her own in her wake, and who has a complicated past with Detective Lucifer Hill. Now, caught between a private military contractor and a mob war brewing behind the scenes Hill and Burke are in a race against time to bring the killer to justice before a bloodbath spills onto the streets of Manhattan. And hopefully before the demons of the past can twist the world into a nightmare around Lucifer.
About the Author: Kyle Spence was born in Dungannon, Northern Ireland and grew up around supermarkets. Since turning thirty he is slowly coming to terms with the fact that he might never again know the touch of a woman. He thinks that he might like being a writer for Disney, but he also has wanted to be a paleontologist, civil engineer, volcanologist, and Captain Picard, so it's probably best not to dwell on that for too long. Through writing he can fulfill most dreams (except being Patrick Stewart for a day), and if somewhere along the lines a decent story comes out of it then it has been time well spent. He is a lifetime member of the HP Lovecraft Historical Society and is a big fan of Frozen. Murder Incorporated is his first novel but he has also written three short novellas: Two Days A Nightmare, a crime fiction starring Nathaniel Trillion and set before Murder Incorporated; When The Man Comes Around, a revenge story in the Old West; and The Music On The Lake, a Lovecraft inspired weird fiction. All are available on Amazon. He sincerely hopes that you have enjoyed this book, or at least paid for it because utility companies don't like it when he sends I.O.U.s.
