His personal story enters in a lot, of course, as he was physically abused as a child. About the Author: Steven G. Fox, Ph.D., has been a clinical psychologist for over thirty years. He has a full time private practice. His wife dealt with severe juvenile diabetes and had a kidney-pancreas transplant. She did private practice as a psychiatrist with Dr. Fox until she died at the age of 61. She was not expected to live past the age of forty. Dr. Fox and his wife both faced chronic severe illness issues. He and his wife both used alternative, dietary, exercise, diet, and medical interventions to maintain their health. Their exploration of various health approaches is described in "Multiple Sclerosis Mission Remission." This book shows how Dr. Fox sent his chronic primary progressive multiple sclerosis into long-term remission using Western medicine, medications, exercise, diet, Reiki, yoga, psychotherapy, and psychological/spiritual approaches to bring this miracle into being.
