Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich BWL - Offline-Marketing und Online-Marketing, Note: 1,5, Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel (BWL), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit untersucht die redistributiven Peer-to-Peer Bereiche des kollaborativen Konsums, die eine von insgesamt vier kollaborativen Konsumformen bilden und ein Produkt aus der Beziehung von Teilen und kollaborativem Konsum darstellen. Auf der Grundlage des multidimensionalen Schaubilds von Hoffman und Akbar (2018) untersucht der Verfasser den Einfluss von Motiven, Traits und Extended Self auf individuelles Nutzungsverhalten anhand einer gemeinnützigen Plattform und eines profitorientierten Online-Marktplatzes, um mehr Klarheit im bislang wenig erforschten Collaborative Space zu schaffen. Mit jeweils sechs Nutzern von Free Your Stuff und eBay Kleinanzeigen führte der Verfasser hierfür problemzentrierte Leitfadeninterviews, die umfangreiches Datenmaterial zu der persönlichen Meinung, den Erwartungen und den Erfahrungen der Befragten lieferten. Insgesamt wurden 16,5 Stunden Datenmaterial unter Einsatz der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring (2015) strukturiert und ausgewertet. Die Analyse des Datenmaterials ergab, dass die Nutzer beider Plattformen eher offen, extrovertiert und gelassen sind und annähernd homogene Traits aufweisen. Die Nutzung auf beiden Plattformen ist von einem utilitaristischen Motiv angetrieben. Das individuelle Nutzungsverhalten der Free Your Stuff-Nutzer differenziert sich durch die ausgeprägte ökologisch-altruistische Motivation von dem Nutzungsverhalten der geldmotivierten eBay Kleinanzeigen-Nutzer, die soziale Interaktion lediglich als zwangsläufigen Bestandteil des profitorientierten Oberziels praktizieren. Ein abstrahiertes Modell veranschaulicht die interaktive Beziehung von Traits und Motiven, welche die Distributionsform auf der jeweiligen Plattform bestimmen. Geprägt durch Pseudo-Sharing-Geschäftsmodelle, unterliegt Teilen dabei einem anderen Verständnis
