Seine individuellen Motivations- und Persönlichkeitsmerkmale haben in dieser Phase eine hohe Prägekraft und sind ihrer Wirkung auf den Wachstumsprozess wegen für wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen interessant. Unternehmensgründungen bieten immens großes, längst noch nicht ausgeschöpftes und zukünftig weiter wachsendes volkswirtschaftliches Wertschöpfungspotential. Während manche Gründer ihre Idee erfolgreich entwickeln, werden andere Konzepte nicht umgesetzt. Die meisten Gründungen scheitern deshalb schon in der Startphase. Woran liegt es, dass manchen Gründern der erfolgreiche Aufbau eines Unternehmens gelingt und anderen nicht?
