Ziel war es, eine handlungsorientierte Diplomarbeit zu liefern und dabei ein Verständnis für die Grundelemente der Mitarbeiterführung zu schaffen. Es soll ein "Fundament" für die meisten Berufe und Branchen aufgezeigt werden, auf dem dann später individuell das Führungswissen durch die Praxiserfahrung vertieft werden kann. Angesprochen werden sollen die angehenden und praktizierenden Führungskräfte, also die "Nicht-Psychologen".
