Zwischenprüfungsarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Reformpädagogik, Note: 1,2, ecosign/Akademie für Gestaltung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In meiner Arbeit möchte ich mich mit der Pädagogik Maria Montessoris und Rudolf Steiners auseinandersetzen. Zuerst möchte ich einen kurzen Einblick in die Biografie Maria Montessoris geben, um die Wurzeln bzw. die Entstehung ihres pädagogischen Konzepts zu verdeutlichen. Darauf aufbauend möchte ich die wesentlichen Grundlagen ihrer Pädagogik näher erläutern, wie z.B. die vorbereitete Umgebung. Ein wichtiger Aspekt dabei ist auch ein sich zurückhaltender Erzieher, womit ich auf den nächsten Punkt, die Rolle des Erziehers in der Montessori-Pädagogik, zu sprechen komme. Montessori geht davon aus, dass Kinder einen Bauplan in sich tragen und spricht von sensiblen Phasen im Alter von 0 bis 6 Jahren. In dieser Zeit zeigen Kinder eine außergewöhnlich hohe Sensibilität für bestimmte Lernprozesse. So ist also die Rolle des Kindes bzw. die Art und Weise, wie Montessori das Kind sieht, ein weiterer, sehr wichtiger Aspekt, dem ich mich im Anschluss widmen möchte. Um eine Vergleichsbasis zu schaffen, setze ich für die Pädagogik nach Rudolf Steiner die gleichen Punkte an. Rudolf Steiner, der Gründer der Waldorfschule, entwickelte seine geisteswissenschaftliche Lehre aus seinen Erfahrungen in seinem Philosophie- Studium. Eine der Grundlagen der Anthroposophie beinhaltet die Unterscheidung des Menschen in vier Wesensglieder: den physischen Leib, den Ätherleib (Lebensleib), den Astralleib (Empfindungsleib) und den Ich-Leib (das "Ich"). Die Aufgabe der Erzieher ist es beispielsweise, zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten mit unterschiedlichen Mitteln, auf diese Wesensglieder einzuwirken. Hierbei gehe ich, wie vorher bei Maria Montessori auch, auf die Rolle des Erziehers ein. Ähnlich, wie bei Maria Montessori, läuft die Entwicklung der Kinder in bestimmten Phasen bzw. einem bestimmten Rhythmus ab. Im dritten Punkt möchte ich die beiden
