About the Author:
John Lowe, THE MONEY DOCTOR, has over 30 years experience in the finance sector and is a Personal Insolvency Practitioner (PIP) and Fellow of the Institute of Bankers. He successfully completed the Chartered Director programme through the Institute of Directors and is a member of the Life Insurance Association. John is also managing director of Providence Finance Services Limited trading as Money Doctor, which is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
John Lowe is best known for his popular books on personal finance, The Money Doctor, The Money Doctor Finance Annuals editions of which went to the number one bestseller position in Ireland in the paperback non-fiction category and for his numerous contributions to the news media and magazines. He writes a weekly column for the Sunday Business Post and Irish Daily Star and had weekly columns in the Sunday World and the Sunday Independent s LIFE magazine. In 2008, 50 articles were compiled from LIFE magazine and published by Gill under the title 50 Ways to Wealth.
