About the Author
D. MURALEEDHARAN, Ph.D., former Head, Department of Commerce, Sree Narayana College, Kollam, Kerala. He was also Co-ordinator, Institute of Management in Kerala, Alappuzha and senior research guide and member of PG Board of Studies, University of Kerala. He has several years of teaching and research experience.
