Inhaltsangabe: Zusammenfassung: In der Helvetia Patria Schweiz fanden zur Evaluation eines Management-Ausbildungsprogramms mehrere Evaluationsworkshops statt. In diesen Workshops war eine Kurzmoderation vorgesehen. Mit Hilfe dieser speziellen Methode erhoffte man sich, einen fundierten Aufschluss über den weiteren langfristigen Ausbildungsbedarf der Manager zu erhalten. Man vermutet, dass durch die Anwendung dieser Methode bei den Teilnehmern ein umfassenderes Wissen abgerufen werden kann, als wenn die Teilnehmer lediglich auf eine einfache Fragebogen-gestützte Methode nach den weiteren Ausbildungsbedürfnissen zu antworten haben. Die Diplomarbeit geht der Frage nach, inwiefern diese Vermutung gestützt werden kann und ob es sich bei dem Wissen, das durch die Moderationsmethode visualisiert wird, um implizites Gruppenwissen handelt. Anhand der theoretischen Aufbereitung und dem Vergleich der Workshopergebnisse kann gesagt werden, dass bei korrekter Anwendung der Moderationsmethode diese Vermutung gestützt werden kann, allerdings nur unter dem Vorbehalt, dass der experimentelle Nachweis des impliziten Wissens in der Fachliteratur bislang nur unbefriedigend hergestellt worden ist.
