Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2014 im Fachbereich Medien / Kommunikation - Journalismus, Publizistik, Note: 1,0, Hochschule Hannover, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit widmet sich der Wahrnehmung von Modeblog-Netzwerken unter Bloglesern. Hierfür wurde mithilfe einer Umfrage die Relevanz und Akzeptanz in der deutschen Blogosphäre erforscht, wofür Blogleser ebenso wie Blogger befragt wurden, um ein umfassendes Bild zu zeichnen. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass Blogs vor allem aufgrund ihrer Persönlichkeit gelesen werden, wobei auch auf der Gegenseite Blogger der Meinung sind, dass Modeblogs diese private Ausrichtung erfolgreich macht. Während Bloggern dem Schritt zur Professionalisierung durch die Netzwerk-Thematik eher positiv gegenüber stehen, scheinen die meisten Rezipienten misstrauisch zu sein, da durch die Zusammenschlüsse Individualität und Glaubwürdigkeit verloren gehen sowie ungewollte Selektion und Ausgrenzung erfolgt. Aufgrund dieser Nachteile sowie des fehlenden Mehrwerts werden Blog-Netzwerke aus Lesersicht als überflüssig eingestuft, was die ausbleibende Akzeptanz des Erfolgsmodells erklärt. Die Anzahl von Weblogs, als Kernpunkt des Social Web, wächst weiterhin mit steigender Tendenz. Dabei ist in den letzten Jahren immer öfter zu beobachten, wie sich die deutsche Blogosphäre in der Sparte der privaten Mode- und Lifestyleblogs versucht zu professionalisieren und ihren Reifegrad an internationale Vorbilder anzupassen. Dies geschieht unter anderem durch den Zusammenschluss zu Netzwerken, wobei sich die Mitglieder nicht nur mehr Unterstützung sowie Vielfalt, sondern vor allem eine Steigerung der Reichweite und des Potenzials der Vermarktung ihrer Online-Publikationen erhoffen. Wie die Vergangenheit zeigte, sind solche Netzwerke zwar bei Bloggern sehr beliebt, Trennungen nach nicht allzu langer Zeit allerdings durchaus vorkommend.
