Im "Normalfall" steht er täglich fünf Tage in der Woche immer zur gleichen Zeit auf und geht zur Arbeit. Der Mensch ist in der Regel gewillt einen guten Job zu machen, der ihn und den Arbeitgeber zufrieden stellt und beendet meist nach acht Std. den Arbeitstag, um den Rest des Tages sinnvoll und ausgleichend zu gestalten. Das ganze hört sich noch sehr entspannt an, doch was geschieht wenn die Arbeitskollegen diese Person auf einmal wie Luft behandeln und er seit ca. einer Woche nicht mehr bei dem täglichen Schwätzchen in der Küche dabei ist? Wieso sitzen die Kollegen in der Kantine nicht mehr mit ihm an einem Tisch und letztens hat die eine Kollegin ihn in der Dienstbesprechung bloß gestellt. Was geschieht hier mit dem Mitarbeiter, der seinen Job erst nimmt? Warum gehen die Kollegen so mit ihm um, und spricht man jetzt von Mobbing? Oder ist es doch nur ein kleiner Konflikt. Welche Möglichkeiten hat der Kollege eigentlich, sich gegen diese Attacken zu wehren und wer kann ihn dabei Unterstützen? Diese Fragen sollen in dieser Arbeit beantwortet werden, indem vorerst der Begriff Mobbing definiert wird, um zu klären was Mobbing ist und wann man davon spricht. Die Beschreibung der Ursachen, der Folgen, sowie der Verlauf von Mobbing und die einzelnen Mobbinghandlungen, sollen im Kontext mit dem Betrieb unter Abschnitt 3. beschrieben werden. Diese Ausarbeitung ist für den letzten Punkt von Bedeutung, um herauszufinden wie und was Gegen Mobbing am Arbeitsplatz unternommen werden kann.
