About the Book

The only chance we have of surviving as a species is by remembering our humanity; that our fellow man is also our brother, and we must care for each other as much as we care for ourselves; only then will the divine reach the Earth; after all, we are in fact spirit not matter, and there is nothing we cannot overcome. "Miracle of Life" reveals the path that will lead us toward a prosperous future. First and foremost, all forms of savagery, and brutality, must cease, and the key to making this happen is enlightening the public as to where, and in what manner, it is occurring in our world today - my book offers this information, and a whole lot more.
About the Author: Nigel Shindler The author was given the name, Nigel, and seven days later conforming to Jewish custom, a circumcision ceremony was performed, and he was given both the Hebrew name Tovia and the Yiddish equivalent Tevia, both names imply the blessings and goodness that God bestows. In later years whilst living in Israel he adopted the Hebrew name Eitan, which implies stoicism and impetuousness. All these terms, expressions, are a reflection of his nature. He has depth and complexity, but can display banality, depending on his mood, or the time of day. Due to fate, circumstance, destiny, over recent years he has not just engaged in a battle with himself in order to become fully actualized, but the nations Canada, and Britain. He admits that he neither wanted, nor desired, many things that have encroached on the lifestyle he sought for himself, but by conquering each obstacle placed in his path, he managed to realize himself in a span of time previously not thought to be possible, and as a consequence, figured out the unifying force that Einstein left unknown; and the psychological ailment that has crippled the world, and thereby completed Freud's work by uncovering the nature of the defense mechanism, projection. Max Shindler lived in Waterloo, Liverpool, until he was evacuated to Wales during the Second World War; it was here he first encountered open anti-Semitism; for example, on many occasions he had to eat his meals in the outhouse on the farm where he lived; such traumatizing incidents left lifelong scars on his psyche. He was never able to forget the humiliation he felt due to this abuse, or forget the fact that many of his relations were killed in concentration camps, or died in boxcars while travelling to them. He left his family home when he was seventeen to live in Israel, where he became a member of the Israeli Army. He later joined England's Royal Air Force, and was a member of a bomb disposal unit. He worked for Avon's advertising department in Northampton, and worked for many years in visual merchandising as a Window Dresser. He had an immense appreciation for the arts, and was fluent in German, Hebrew, Yiddish, and English. He loved opera; classical music, and early Hollywood Western movies. He had a passion for learning throughout his life, and read voraciously on every topic imaginable.
