About the Author: Michael McKenna, 39, lives in Sweden. His writings draw heavily from his battles with anxiety, panic attacks, and depression from an early age. McKenna tried and rejected the route of antidepressants and various other treatments, and eventually became aware of the concept of mindfulness.
