"In Milestoneville Mountain by Golden November, book hunters JBT and G agree to retrieve a treasure map for Thorpe, who knows who took it, and a meeting is arranged. Stu offers a role to Lorraine, a former actress, for his TV series. G and JBT negotiate the purchase of a mine with Click Clack for a new studio, and Miles Sr. sells to them. Despite legal ownership by Click Clack, Miles Sr. attempts to reclaim the mine upon discovering gold. G and JBT explore Milestoneville Mountain, although cautioned against further exploration, which they naturally ignore. They embark on a hang-gliding adventure and crash land. They are found by Lucille and then meet Claire, the owner of a beach in Milestoneville Mountain. At the Milestoneville Mountain Beach Hotel, guests arrive, the wildest being Jimbo arriving in a blimp. Discussions include admiration for the hotel, future plans, and speculation on Golden November's writing. Milestoneville Mountain by Golden November invites readers to immerse themselves in the dialogue-driven narrative; a format that consists solely of the characters' names, followed by dialogue. The book is meant as a guide for readers to act out the scenes, with November's trademark interactive element of the reading experience. Golden November's writing is intelligent even as the characters find themselves in absurd situations, with witty exchanges and clever banter that keep the pace lively and entertaining throughout. All the Milestoneville characters, from the confident G to the resourceful JBT and the determined Flower Rose, come to life through their conversations, and in time their personalities flourish. Miles Sr. took the cake in this particular book, and nobody can say they wouldn't try to reclaim land for its mineral rights. November continues delivering well-developed plots and Milestoneville Mountain is fabulous."

"In Milestoneville Mountain by Golden November, G and JBT strategize to locate a missing rare book, reaffirming their 'Book Hunters' status. Family discussions at a restaurant revolve around Thorpe's mining job and June's nostalgic encounter with vinyl records, culminating in Thorpe's recounting of a romance gone sour with Andrea. The prospect of hidden gold piques interest, with Flower Rose proposing the involvement of G and JBT. Plans are made to retrieve the treasure map from Andrea, utilizing June's contacts and Thorpe's resources, including his helicopter. Meanwhile, at a television studio, casting decisions spark debate, while Andrea seeks help deciphering the treasure map. Bridget and Asterick immerse themselves in suspicions surrounding the purchase of Milestoneville Mountain, prompting legal confrontations and health scares that complicate efforts to resolve disputes and pursue development plans on a mountain that may not even be in Milestoneville. Golden November returns with the characters we have grown to love in Milestoneville Mountain, fleshing them out further to the point where they now feel a little like family. Perhaps this is because, as a family, we act them out. I love how November crafts very distinctive voices for each character, making it easy to differentiate between them, sometimes even without name prompts. For instance, Click Clack's authoritative and businesslike tone contrasts with Thorpe's casual and jovial manner,"
