Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich Didaktik - Mathematik, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die folgende Arbeit widmet sich der Metakognition, den damit einhergehenden Begriffen und dem Problemlösen in der Mathematik. Dafür werden zuerst Definitionen rund um die Metakognition geliefert. Im Anschluss daran der Aufbau metakognitiver Kompetenzen und das Problemlösen in der Mathematik thematisiert. Darauf folgend wird eine Untersuchung zu dem Thema durchgeführt und der anfänglichen Fragestellung nachgegangen. Die Untersuchung wird dabei in einer dritten Klasse einer Grundschule in Leverkusen durchgeführt. Die Untersuchung erfolgt mit sechs SuS in Form eines Interviews. Abschließend werden die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung ausgewertet und die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse in einem Fazit zusammengefasst. Die Fähigkeit zu denken und zu reflektieren ermöglicht es uns Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen. Dabei kann es sich um ganz alltägliche Probleme handeln, aber auch um Probleme, bei denen man nicht direkt einen Lösungsweg vor Augen hat. Jeder von uns, kann sich wahrscheinlich an eine ihm fremde Situation erinnern, in der er nicht sofort handlungsfähig war, sondern erst nach einem entsprechenden Denkprozess die Möglichkeit hatte, das Problem zu lösen. Auch Kinder stehen gelegentlich vor Problemen, die sie nicht sofort lösen können. Häufig handelt es sich dabei um Aufgaben aus der Schule, die gezielt von der Lehrkraft ausgewählt wurden, um die Problemlösekompetenz der SuS zu schulen. Die Problemlösekompetenz ist nicht angeboren, mit Ausnahme der notwendigen Intelligenz, und kann daher erlernt werden. In der Schule eignet sich dafür besonders der Fachbereich Mathematik. Reichhaltige Aufgaben stellen die SuS vor die entsprechenden Probleme, die ihre Problemlösekompetenz fördern soll. Eine Aufgabe in ihrem Startzustand soll dafür in einen Zielzustand überführt werden.
