Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Kindergarten, Vorschule, frühkindl. Erziehung, Note: 1,0, Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Rahmen dieser Masterarbeit wurde das Konzept "One Person - One Language" untersucht. Dabei geht es um das Potenzial von mehrsprachigem pädagogischen Fachpersonal, welches in Kitas tätig werden könnte, um bei Kindern mit Migrationshintergrund die Erst- sowie Zweitsprache gleichermaßen zu fördern. Hierbei müssen spezielle Rahmenbedingungen geschaffen werden, wie z.B. eine Schulung der Fachkräfte bezüglich interkultureller Arbeit, Spracherwerb und Mehrsprachigkeit. Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit, für die in der Konzeption verankerte Sprachförderung entsprechende Sprachförderkräfte sowie mehrsprachige pädagogische Fachkräfte einzusetzen. Dieses Konzept sollte als Bildungsaufgabe einen Platz im Bildungsplan finden. Hauptsächlich geht es bei diesem Konzept darum, die Erst- sowie die Zweitsprache gleichermaßen zu fördern. Das bedeutet, dass die Kinder auch in der Kita ihre Muttersprache sprechen dürfen und sollen. Denn nur so kann ein erfolgreicher Erwerb beider Sprachen ohne Sprachentwicklungsstörung und eine gesunde und stabile Persönlichkeitsentwicklung gewährleistet werden. Hierbei gilt es zu betonten, dass eine gleichwertige Entwicklung der Sprachen nur in einem Umfeld möglich ist, in welchem die Sprachen auch tatsächlich als gleichwertig angesehen werden. Und hierfür ist wiederum die Grundeinstellung hinsichtlich fremder Sprachen und Kulturen von pädagogischem Fachpersonal in institutionellen vorschulischen Bildungseinrichtungen entscheidend. Denn diese hat maßgeblichen Einfluss auf die gesamte pädagogische Arbeit mit Kindern und auf die Kinder selbst. Aus diesem Grund muss der erste entscheidende Schritt bei pädagogischem Personal in Kitas selbst ansetzen. Und hierfür sind gezielte Leitlinien und Konzepte erforderlich, welche in der Bildungspolitik bestimmt werden müssen.
