About the Author: First and foremost I love the movies. I am a fan of every aspect of the craft. I did not write this book with the movies in mind in particular I wrote it simply because I loved the few hours I spent at a baseball game in high school. Our school didn't have an actual field on our property and our team played at a field in the area. On the third base line side there was a wall of trees and on the other side was a house. I always had an active imagination so while my friends were in attendance to watch various boys from our school looking stellar in their uniforms I watched the games and imagined other things. I never could quite let go of the image or the story. It would visit me in small quiet moments when I was bored and a vague story would transpire but nothing would truly stick. Before, during and after completing two other books which I self-published; BAGGAGE and CARRY ON, my mind would journey to that field and that house. I still live in the same area and glance down the tree lined street every time I drive past. Until I received my notice saying we were having our 20th high school reunion and high school seemed to flood back. The reunion was a blast and I would like to thank Dave Kubichek, who was nice enough to lend me his name.
