Dichas obras son los tres puntos de un triángulo equilátero que utiliza el autor para ilustrar algunos de los desenfrenos de nuestra sociedad."Hombre importante, prójimo interesante". Dicho de una persona noble; escuchamos esas palabras y nuestra mente se imagina a un Lumumba, a un Mandela, a un profesor o padre concienzudo, a una luz, una antorcha que ilumina la senda de otras personas como un día lo expresara M. Karamchand Gandhi. Pero desatinadamente la frase cae presa de la más grave y desorbitada ironía, ya que en esta obra, nos referimos a un personaje con todo un rosario de cualidades deplorables, un buzón sin parangón, no es sincero a nada que no sea la voracidad de su alma corrupta. Tal es su naturaleza que, en la filosofía popular fang con sumo sarcasmo a personas con esa naturaleza, les han atribuido el mote Mbura-Mbot. Cierto es que nuestro comediante es un hombre importante, ejemplo del nuevo rico de todas las sociedades; aquél hombre de orígenes humildes que, para su sorpresa, se ve elevado de su condición social. Dijo el mismo autor en un momento de éxtasis, mientras me explicaba lo que quería escribir... "Al cambiar su nivel social cambia su relación con los demás, incluso con sus más allegados familiares y amigos, pues se ve nombrado de la noche a la mañana, con una nueva e importante responsabilidad, como Secretario General de una entidad ministerial en la administración pública del país". Pero inevitablemente, con pomposidad, malicia y sublime estupidez, arrastrará su pobreza, trasladándola desde su dimensión material a su dimensión mental. Gozará de una prestigiosa posición, ventaja que sin duda exprimirá al máximo en su propio provecho, olvidando su primer deber como funcionario al servicio de su comunidad, pues su tremenda soberbia le hace aspirar a más, siempre con el voraz propósito de ampliar su sombra en detrimento de los intereses generales de las personas. Un espejo similar lo encontramos en un análisis etnológico fang y generalmente bantú que hace el Dr. Joaquín Mbana Nchama, en el concepto que ha llamado Contimanía, "La contimanía es un neologismo que he creado en relación a tres palabras (Co, en la lengua fang equivale a nada; Nti, que es el altísimo o Dios y Manía, que es castellano, y se caracteriza por un delirio general, agitado y tendente al furor). Por ende la contimanía es la expresión que he creado en relación a estas tres palabras, y que explica la crisis acelerada del hombre fang y del bantú". El Dr. Se refiere a una crisis acelerada de los valores humanos. Con una familia numerosa y desfragmentada, la organización y la planificación en beneficio de su prole, nunca ha sido el fuerte de los bantúes. Viven en virtud de la cristiana y divina providencia, a la que no dudan alterar en su comunión con los hechiceros, en sus profundas convicciones, auténticos artífices de su fortuna. No os ha de sorprender que el gran jurado del Centro Cultural Español de Bata, se haya decantado por esa obra e inclinará la balanza a favor de Matías Elé Nzang, este joven malabeño, residente momentáneamente en la ciudad de Bata, y cuyo talento abre las entrañas de la sociedad para extraer un concepto "Mbura-Mbot", y desvelar así los principales defectos que nos correen y que, con su aguda ironía intentará provocar una noble reacción, la de identificarse con estos defectos y poder redimirnos. La sutileza de esta trilogía posiblemente la hará uno de los mejores relatos en cuanto a humor negro se hayan apreciado en las letras guineo-ecuatorianas.
