In den letzten Jahrzehnten wurde eine Reihe von Planungsproblemen im Verkehrswesen, insbesondere im ÖPNV, intensiv aus wirtschaftlicher und organisatorischer Perspektive untersucht. Einige Lösungsansätze kommen bei der Optimierung in Betracht, von denen einzelne durch eine Reihe von intensiven Simulationen bereits für die Praxis getestet wurden. Unter gleichzeitiger Berücksichtigung von Erfolg und Aufwand kommen in erster Linie die heuristischen Verfahren und. deren Kombination in der Forschung und Simulation in Frage. Das in diesem Werk behandelte Problem befindet sich auf der strategischen Planungsebene. Es geht um die Einrichtung oder Stilllegung der Haltestellen im Bahnnetzwerk, unter der Voraussetzung, dass die Streckenplanung bereits abgeschlossen wurde. In dieser Arbeit wird neben einzelnen heuristischen Lösungsverfahren auch das exakte Verfahren der Dynamischen Programmierung untersucht. Durch die mathematische Modellierung und Optimierung sowie Implementierung an einem Praxisbeispiel kann die Effizienz der Dynamischen Programmierung im Detail veranschaulicht werden. In der Arbeit wurde eine kleine Umfrage einbezogen, um festzustellen, ob einzelne in den vergangen Studien angenommene Restriktionen heutzutage noch tauglich wären. Zur Beurteilung der Komplexität der Probleme werden Matlab und Excel hinzugezogen.
About the Author: Jian Qin, Diplom-Kaufmann, wurde 1980 in Hangzhou, VR China geboren. Sein BWL-Studium an der FSU Jena schloss er im Mai 2013 mit dem akademischen Grad des Diplom-Kaufmanns mit Studienschwerpunkten Operations Management bzw. Industriebetriebslehre sowie Rechnungslegung und Controlling. Bereits wahrend des Studiums sammelte der Autor umfassende praktische Erfahrungen im Rahmen des Supply Chain Management und Controlling in Logistikunternehmen. Der Autor ist momentan wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl Logistik-Management an der Zhejiang Industry & Trade Vocational College in China und zustandig fur die Lehre- und Forschungsaufgaben im Gebiet Operations Management, insbesondere Transport- und Distribution Management, Logistics Information Technology & Application und Logistics cost control."
