Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich Didaktik - Mathematik, Note: Sehr gut, Kirchliche Pädagogische Hochschule Wien / Krems, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel der Masterarbeit ist es, herauszufinden, wie Lehrer*innen ihren Mathematikunterricht motivierend gestalten können und welche konkreten Umsetzungsmaßnahmen es dafür gibt. Die dieser Arbeit zugrunde liegende Forschungsfrage lautet: "Welche Unterrichtsmaßnahmen verwenden Lehrpersonen, um den Mathematikunterricht motivierend zu gestalten?" Um diese Frage beantworten zu können, wird durch intensive Recherchen unterschiedlicher fachspezifischer Literaturquellen in Bibliotheken und im Internet versucht, einen Wissenszugewinn an theoretischen Hintergründen und Einsichten zu erzielen. Die Fragestellung wird weiters durch qualitatives Forschen mittels leitfadengestützter Interviews mit zehn Lehrpersonen, die in Volksschulen unterrichten, empirisch untersucht. Diese Forschungsmethode wird herangezogen, um an neutrale, aber dennoch vergleichbare Antworten innerhalb des ungebundenen Erzählens zu gelangen. Der Methode sollen möglichst repräsentative Ergebnisse folgen. Die qualitative Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring (2015) ermöglicht eine Erstellung eine Kategoriensystems, das Bestandteil der Ergebnisauswertung ist. Die vorliegende Masterarbeit greift den aktuellen Stand der Forschung auf und gliedert sich in sieben Kapitel. Einleitend bieten Themenaufriss und Zielstellungen einen Einblick. Dem schließt sich eine literarische Analyse an, die als theoretische Grundlage für die an-gehende Forschung dient. Die Kapitel dessen enden jeweils mit einem Resümee. Den Beginn macht ein allgemeiner Überblick von Motivation, worin näher auf verschiedene Motivationsmodelle eingegangen wird. Ebenso wird sich spezifisch mit der schulischen Situation in der Primarstufe und dessen sozialen Einflüssen auseinandergesetzt. Des Weiteren folgt die konkrete Motivation im Mathematikunterricht.
