Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Informatik - Wirtschaftsinformatik, Note: 1,7, Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Würzburg-Schweinfurt, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Diplomarbeit befasst sich mit der Marketingkonzeption zur Barrierefreiheit der webbasierten persönlichen Gesundheitsakte LifeSensor. Dieses Konzept stellt dem Vertrieb und dem Marketing Informationen der Entwicklungsabteilung zur Verfügung. Dabei spielt die gesetzliche Situation zur Gleichstellung behinderter Menschen in Deutschland, speziell für die Nutzung von IT, eine zentrale Rolle. Geprüft wurde, welche Anspruchsgruppen (sog. Stakeholder1) zur Barrierefreiheit von LifeSensor existieren und welche Inhalte für diese Gruppen relevant sind. Zunächst wurde der aktuelle Stand der Barrierefreiheit der LifeSensor Plattform ermittelt. Dies geschah durch Berücksichtigung und Vergleich diverser Standards und Prüfverfahren zur Barrierefreiheit. Anschließend war es notwendig, interne und externe Stakeholder zu identifizieren und zu analysieren, um auf dieser Grundlage ein Marketingkonzept für die Barrierefreiheit von LifeSensor zu entwickeln. Dabei standen Eigenschaften wie Motive, Nutzen und Informationsbedarf im Vordergrund. Es zeigte sich, dass die Kundengruppe der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen die barrierefreie Informationstechnik‐Verordnung (BITV), je nach Umsetzung der einzelnen Bundesländer, erfüllen muss. Die BITV ist auf eine Internetanwendung, wie LifeSensor, nur eingeschränkt anwendbar. Um eine marketingwirksame Zertifizierung zu erreichen, wird die Orientierung an den Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) und der Accessible Rich Internet Applications‐Richtlinie (ARIA) empfohlen. Dadurch kann die Konformität zur kommenden Fassung der BITV gewährleistet werden, diese wird auf den aktuellen WCAG basieren. Darüber hinaus wurden organisatorische Anpassungen erarbeitet. Durch die Eigenschaft als Internetanwendung wurden für LifeSensor primär Online‐Marketinginstrumente empfohl
