About the Author: Dr. Daryl D. Green, DSL, is a management strategist who deals with a variety of complex projects. He is a professor at Oklahoma Baptist University in the Paul Dickinson College of Business. He teaches leadership, management, and marketing in graduate and undergraduate levels. In 2016, Dr. Green retired from the Department of Energy where he worked in the Environmental Management Program for over 27 years. Before his 30th birthday, he had already managed over 400 projects, estimated at $100 million dollars. His professional experience includes program management, engineering, project management, waste management, environmental restoration, research and development, marketing, and technology transfer. He has over 25 years of assisting organizations and individuals with making good decisions. Dr. Green is a man of Faith and believes anything is possible with God on your side. He is been an active member of Payne Avenue Missionary Baptist Church in Knoxville, Tennessee. He is an ordained deacon, bible lecturer, and youth advisor. He's been a featured presenter for several organizations including Cedine Bible Camp and Knoxville Baptist District. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in religious environments and over 20 years of assisting organization in decision-making. Dr. Green is an award winning author. For his literary contribution to society, he was one of the first recipients of the Amber Communications Group, Inc. / Blacks in Government - Greater Orange County Chapter's Annual Literary Awards. He is the author of several books and writes a syndicated online column on contemporary issues. Dr. Green has been noted and quoted by USA Today, Ebony Magazine, and the Associated Press.
