Uno de ellos, que dice ser amigo de Bob Marley decide quebrar esa restricción para cobrar una deuda de sangre en México y volver pero...El comisario del "Santa Cruz II" en uso de seis meses de vacaciones acumuladas decide embarcarse en un buque de cabotaje afectado al litoral marítimo argentino para acortar las mismas. Se embarca en el "Isla de Los Estados" que opera en la costa del Atlántico Sur hasta Ushuaia, incluyendo las "Islas Malvinas". Los sorprende la conflagración con los ingleses en puerto Argentino.
