Do you love Mondays? I do, now. But I didn't always.
Most people don't like Mondays. Why? We all know why. They have to work. And on Friday they come alive again.
I feel very happy where I am right now, with what I have achieved so far. But I also feel I have so much more I want to do. So many ideas and projects I want to realize. I have spent far too long thinking, not doing. Words, but no deeds. Dreams, but no action. It is time to change that.
This book is about doing what you love, realizing the dreams you have in life, making small changes that over time lead to big changes. I wrote it because I believe many people need it. I know I need it! And it has already changed me, for the better. It is my proof of concept - what is in it works.
This is also a book to help change anything you want to change in life:

It tells you what you need to know to create that change. Because the tools and the principles for all change are the same.
This is my Manifesto to Myself. It is meant for people like me, who might think and dream but don't yet do, for the people who didn't start quite yet. It's for the people who want a better life but maybe need some help and some inspiration, and maybe a kick in the ass to get going!
